The Study On IT System In Internal Audit In Commercial Banks

At present, China banking industry is under the standard level at IT system compared with that of developed countries. The present audit network cannot support and develop with the developing of IT system. The exploitation of service products and application of management information fall behind compared with IT groundwork construction and speedy business development. Therefore to solve above-mentioned problems is very important for the state-owned banks to advance audit quality and efficiency.Benefit from the ACL software for internal audit of commercial banks and through study on internal audit within commercial banks in China, a design was presented on applying IT in bank' s internal audit for the purpose of solving the problems between quality and efficiency. A MIS on bank' s internal audit was built that offers a practically technical condition to operate and connects the practice with the theory in reality.In the end, some resolvents were given on problems originated from the system' s middle and long-term plan, the relations between IT and internal audit and the system integration, etc. during the system set-up.
