Study On The Innovation Of Enterprise System Of Important State-owned Coal Enterprises Of Heilongjiang Province

With the development of years, the coal trade of Heilongjiang province has formed an industry system, which made of many types of coal enterprises, including state-owned important coal enterprises, local state-owned coal enterprises and villages and towns coal enterprises. And in the system, state-owned coal enterprises are the skeleton. With the achievement of the skeleton, the malpractice of the system became more and more exposed. On the bases of theories and practices, the article starts off its shortcoming of enterprise nowadays, works on the emphases and difficulty deeply, and works out the countermeasure accordingly.
