FAS's JV1 Project Investment Analysis

FAS entered the optical telecommunication industry through purchase one optical telecommunication company after company list when FAS realized the long-range prospect of the optical telecommunication industry. In the need of the competition, settlement of the fund and technology are possible, put forward optical fibre preforms project.This thesis uses various kinds of management knowledge, the combination of theory and practices synthetically; go on investment analysis to optical fibre preforms project, and help the administrator to make the investment decision.First I will use marketing theory and economic forecasting theory to analyses the optical fibers of domestic and international market, find out optical fibres development and market capacity of market, and have detailed market comparison and evaluation and pick up the target market. Secondly, I will analyze the typical of optical fibers industry compete and company's operation environment, strengths, weakness etc. with strategy management methodology. Then make feasible strategy.Through the comparative analysis to the process, know the pluses and minuses of different commercial process, understand that adopts the possible obstacles of different process, and confirm the process that JV1 adopts.Then formulate execution plan with conception about production management, human resource management, marketing etc. Then make evaluation and analysis for project with accounting, taxation and finance management. Finally, I can make feasible conclusions from above analyses.
