Research Of Some Manager Performance Evaluation Indexes On Motivation Mechanism

Nowadays, Chinese economic develops rapidly, and we have obtained great achievement. But, gradually, more questions and malpractices appear. Now they have baffled the development of the national economic. I think we can deal with them and develop the national economic better through the effort of the enterprise managers.Although managers have an important effect on the development of enterprises, the problem of managers' rarefaction exists in the Chinese economic development, and baffles the survival and development of the Chinese enterprises.As the main measure of solving the problem of managers, manager performance evaluation and motivation mechanism are the focus of the enterprises area, accountant area and management area. But in a long period of time, they have been researched separately. Financial scholars researched the problem of performance evaluation, and management scholar researched the problem of motivation mechanism. In fact, they have close connections. They all accept it, but, how to research them associatively, it's a blankness. hi this article, I want to analyze the relative factors between the manager performance evaluation and motivation mechanism of the state-owned enterprises, discuss in theory, and modify some manager performance evaluation indexes through the method of theory research and quoting relative demonstration literatures from the point of view of the state-owned enterprises that have set up, consummated or set up, consummated basically modern enterprise system. It includes: distinguished manager performance evaluation with enterprise performance evaluation; analyzed the influence of reward motivation on the manager performance evaluation indexes; discussed the influence of ill-assets on the manager performance evaluation; expatiated the relation of manager performance evaluation and reputation motivation; modified some manager performance evaluation indexes. I hope that I can contribute to the theory research on manager performance evaluation and motivation mechanism.
