Study On Civil Pretrial Procedure

Whether pre-trial preparing procedures are reasonable affects justice and efficiency in civil cases, and pre-trial preparing procedures have increasingly become an important procedure and developing trend in civil procedures as the emphasis on court trial shifting to both court procedures and pre-trial preparing procedures. However, pre-trail preparing procedures has long been neglected or even ignored or legislation, judicature and legal study is one of the main reasons why our civil cases judicature can not go out of plight. This article provides constructive opinions about the issue by analyzing purposes, values, situations and weakness of pre-trial preparing procedures and making references to foreign experiences.
