International factoring is a unique package of financial services and it has been developing rapidly in recent years. So it is of great significance to do basic research on the thesis. This dissert intends to clarify the legal relations between parties in international factoring, and to provide references to practice and legislation in international factoring.There are altogether nine parts in this dissert. The first part concerns the definition and legal features of international factoring which are the theoretic basis of the thesis, and compares international factoring with L/C. The second part defines that the legal nature of international factoring is assignment of credit. The next four parts are the core of this dissert, they analyze the legal relations between the four parties of international factoring in a full scale, which are "the seller", "the export factor", "the import factor" and "the debtor". The seventh part concludes the characteristics of the legal relations between the four parties in international factoring which forms the fundamental reason for the effective foundation of international factoring. The eighth part researches on the development of legal relations between parties in international factoring. Finally the ninth part is based on the present legislation related with the relations between parties in international factoring. It offers some suggestions for the future domestic legislation in this aspect.This dissert combines the measures in analysis of illation, epagoge, and positivism, and researches in detail on the relations between parties in international factoring from an angle relating to rights and obligations. I hope the discussion, the conclusions and also the suggestions will be helpful to the practice and our state's legislation on international factoring.
