In the second half of 20th century, a new trend of new-technology swept the whole world and this wave pushed the human society forward into new age. In such circumstances, the methods of marketing have great changes among which is the coming of network marketing. Can networking replace the traditional method? On the basis of introducing briefly the background of the birth of network marketing, analyzing the content, theoretical basis and elaborating the present situation of the airlines and my company, this article will discuss the advantages and the disadvantages comparing network marketing with the traditional method and analyze in details the tactics of net marketing for the Air China Southwest Company. Besides that, this thesis will dissect the requirement of the technology for practicing the tactics of the network marketing. I wish this thesis guide the marketing of my company in some extent.
