Research On Developing Model Of The EV Industry In Our Country And Developing Countermeasures Of The EV Industry In Hubei Province

The EV (Electric Vehicle), belonging to a green product and containing automobile, electronics and computer science electrochemistry energy and new material technologies, is a kind of clean car and becoming a "focus" in the automotive industry of the world.Energy, Environment and market are key factors influencing the development of the EV, which is the common recognition. However, there are lack of quantitative analyses about its characters of environmental protection and energy saving, researches into supporting policies of the EV in our country, and considerations about developing countermeasures of the EV in Hubei Province, which are starting points of this dissertation.The dissertation discusses characters and classifications, history, state and future of the EV and proves the necessity of developing the EV industry. It provides three automobile developing models which are suit to requirements of long-term technological plan of our automotive industry; constructs mathematical models about exhaust and energy consumption, and calculates the exhaust lists of three cities and the energy lists both in 2010 and in 2030 based on comprehensive analyses of every related factor; provides reasonable suggestions about the EV industry development of our country by contrasting the policies of developing the EV about foreign developed countries ; finally , establishes relevant countermeasures by analyzing the developing environment in Hubei Province.The dissertation concludes that developing the EV is the entrance for our automotive industry leaping development and the assurance of achieving continuous development about our economy and society by deep researches into our developing model of the EV and countermeasures about the EV industry of Hubei Province.
