Development And Design Of Logistics Purchasing System Under Supply Chain In Hengxin Corporation

Material purchasing is the beginning of manufacturing activities of a corporation, and that of operation flow too. To a corporation, it is very important because quality, price, quantity and period are all directly involved in operations of each process such as manufacture, storage and sale, thus the quality of material purchasing is influential greatly to capital running and income level. The responsive speed of material stock is related closely to the adaptive ability to the market and the fulfilling one to customers' requirement of a corporation. Furthermore, both purchasing of productive and non-productive materials will affect directly the cost and gain. Therefore, stock administration is the key process of controlling the cost roundly, increasing the efficiency and enhancing competitive ability.The paper embodied with fact of Hengxin corporation,and focus on the proplem of material purchasing . Applying modern theories and means of supply chain administration and logistics administration,through reorgnizing material purchasing management and procedure.Through authenticating supplior,we have established the evaluation procedure of supplior to strengthen the management of supplior , and applying computer technology and network technology, and realized electronics, information and centrality of purchasing administration, thus, production is guaranteed, purchasing cost is decreased and market competitive ability is improved.Parts of contents and ideas in this paper have been applied in Hengxincorporation and preliminary fruits have been gained. The author wish that this paper could be used for reference to reconstruct purchasing management flow using supply chain management mode of other companies.
