With the constant enlargement of the scale of enterprise group, the subordinate company quantity increases constantly, the inside financial control of many enterprises cannot meet the needs of development day by day. The profound developed failure lesson of many domestic and international enterprises shows that a sound and effective inside financial control system has paid an important influence on the optimization and even success or failure of the operating mechanism of the whole enterprise group. Therefore, this paper has analyzed the existing question of inside financial control in the Co., Ltd. of Qin Chuan Group on the basis of the current situation of enterprise, and proposes that strengthen and control the inside financial affairs of the enterprise from the respects of pre-control of inside financial and course control of inside financial. And then expounds that capital and structure and control is the key content of the inside financial control in the Co., Ltd. of Qin Chuan Group. Based on it a set of comparatively effective inside financial control models is designed in this paper, and the validity method in examining this model is proposed as a result. Finally, it proposes that guarantee the implementation of inside financial control in the Co., Ltd. of Qin Chuan Group from the respects of setting up the optimum capital structures, strengthening the parent company control on capital structure and currency fund of subsidiary company andconstructing the inside financial control system, and then make a positive research on the inside financial controlled of the Co., Ltd. of Qin Chuan Group from the respects of theory and practice.This paper is a positive analysis research on the Co., Ltd. of Qin Chuan Group, the research result on this paper will have a practical value to control of the inside financial of the Co., Ltd. of Qin Chuan Group, and also have a certain reference function to the inside financial control of the other similar enterprises.
