Study On Theory And Application Of Transportation Sustainable Development

Traditional communications and transportation development model fails to pay attention to sustainable development, which makes the problems such as making crowded and pollute more serious day by day. The problems have the serious negative effect on natural environment and itself. The sustainable development theory of the communications and transportation and its evaluation theory are paid close attention to by a lot of scholars.Based on the study of existing sustainable development theory and the relevant transportation theory in domestic and outside, combining the reality of our country, the thesis points out the deficiency in the evaluation of communications and transportation sustainable. The sustainable development of the transportation can be divided into two levels: the sustainable development among the key elements in the transportation system and the sustainable development between the transportation system and its environment. The former pays attention on the transportation itself, observing the natural resources quantity be took up and consumed by transportation, then observing the sustainable development of the inside key element of the and transportation. The later pays attention on the outside of the transportation system, looking the system as resources of national economic development. On the basis of it, the system theory and fuzzy evaluation method are used to establish the evaluation models. The sustainable development of the two levels is evaluated. Studying on the results of the two models, a wonderful conclusion will be drawn.
