Job evaluation is systematic process in which the value of each position can be defined in comparison with the others. It is a system including four parts: evaluation norm, evaluation standard , evaluation method , the data processing . Job evaluation can solve the problem of drawing up the wage system. The research on job evaluation provides the basis of theory for the reform of wage system in modern enterprise. It also brings the method that can be operated. On the ground of the job evaluation , it comes true that the wage is decided on the position and the wage is changed when the position changes.In the job evaluation of position management, the position is just the core, the basis is the analysis of organization and position, the positions is compared with each others with the systematic procedure. That is to say that the job evaluation is a technical skill. The wage system that is established on the basis of job evaluation. It is combined with the system of performance of position object. On the basis of these, the wage of position system can be built up in the modern enterprise, ultimately it can realize the position management by object.Job evaluation is an important part in the management position. In the system, the job evaluation must obey four rules those are the positions assort, the same position classification, the position connects with the neibouthood position and the line of position smoothly.The job evaluation of position management has three courses those are the preparing, the applying, the formation of the result. The whole course has nine paths .The employees in the enterprise must take part in the whole course all along. The aim of job evaluation of position evaluation is to build up the structure of positions according the value in the organization. It is try to evaluate all positions and get the value of every position by the scientific method of evaluation.An efficiently job evaluation also need the right evaluation indexes, the good evaluation norm, the suitable proportion of each evaluation index. The position wage system that builds up on the basis of the job evaluation of position management has solved the problem of the equity in the organization on the payment. It gets the employees' approbation. It motivates the enthusiasm of all the people and improves the organization's efficiency. At last, it is ensured that the wage become an availability means of motivation.
