On that basis, this paper focuses on how to make the programming and management of city land more efficient. With the direct of marketing thinking, the paper discusses the land management of real estate development in Qian'an theoretically and practically. Firstly, the paper summarizes the correlative research achievement, and then expounds the significance of the research on Qian'an. Subsequently, the paper introduces the details of real estate development and land management in Qian'an. The linear multianalysis mode and Brown thrice exponent smooth method are used in the forecast of land demand and land price, and thus lead to the evaluation of supply capability and supply profit of Qian'an. The researching result means that a well circulation of the city construction capital is come into being. Finally, the paper put forward a strategy frame including whole programming, industry management and system construction for the land management of real estate development in Qian'an.
