Studies On System Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension In Inner Mongolia

Agriculture is the foundation of the National economy, and the science and technology is the base of the agricultural development, agricultural technology extension system is the dominant force to transform the science and technology into actual productive force. Realizing agricultural sustainable development mainly depends on new trails of agricultural technology, and it can't be transformed into productive force without technology extension.According to many years' effort, agriculture in Inner Mongolia has entered a new development phrase, and took place great change. The system and running mechanism that formed under the long-time's Plan Economy and Shortage Economy hasn't adapted the requirement in the new situation, thus it is the main task for agricultural development in this period to enforce work in this aspect and improve its system, and it is the main study content to explore these problem in the future, including founding the apt agricultural science and technology system, etc.The author firstly focused on the concept of agricultural science and technology system and trends in this yield of Chinese and foreign study, and investigated the situation of Inner Mongolia agricultural science and technology extension, and then deeply analyzed its situation and existent problems, and finally pointed out that the current system and mechanism hasn't adapted the nowaday requirement. Based on the foreign successful experiment, the author put forward five-aspect suggestion in theory aspect in founding and improving agricultural science and technology system under Market Economy mechanism.
