It is a rapidly changing era of 21 century. In a situation of sharply mutating environment and shortened production life cycle, companies resort to organizational learning and organizational change and innovation. And Learning Organization becomes a management idea of organization activation and reorganization. The monograph has studied on the following points to the enterprises practising learning organization.1. The implement process of implementing learning organization in enterprises.2. Hindrances and assistances that enterprises faced in the process of carrying out learning organiztion3. The efficiency of learning organization.4. Tactics dealing with the hindrances in practising learning organiztion.Being a probe groping research, the dissertation studied on the process, resistance and assistance, efficiency and tactics of practicing Learning Organization in enterprises with the cases study and materials of questionnaire and investigating data.It is indicated that the implement of Learning Organization concerns with various factors in different levels including inner organization and individuals, outer organization and individuals, learning level, organization level and person level as well as tactic, management, execution. And all these factors are discussed in the discourse.
