The research into the legal responsibility system of macroeconomics-manipulation is an important component of the basic theories of macroeconomics law. The thesis summarizes as well as analyses the issues existing in the research and legislation of contemporary legal responsibility of macroeconomics-manipulation in our country. Based on re-compartmentalization of the legal responsibility system of macroeconomics-manipulation, the thesis divides the macroeconomics-manipulation laws into stipulations law and control law, and in terms of different value orientation, different legal relationships and different subjects conduct characteristics, analyses its legal responsibility theoretically and discusses the relationships between this legal responsibility and its correlative responsibilities, thus concluding the relative design for the legal responsibility system of macro-manipulation. The thesis including four chapters. Chapter one discuss the important significativeness of the research about the legal responsibility. Chapter two summarizes as well as analyses the issues existing in the research and legislation of contemporary legal responsibility . Chapter three re-compartmentalize the system of macroeconomics-manipulation. Chapter four analyses the legal responsibility concretely.
