At the same time, customers' demand alternation and the intensity of competition among commercial banks demands higher level of banks' business operation and administration. Under this circumstance, intermediate business has become the main field of innovation and important profit-increasing point. China Construction Bank Shandong Branch must free itself from limits on traditional deposit and loan business, pay special attention to and develop intermediate business in strategic foresight, regard the development of intermediate business as an urgent strategic mission.In order to elaborate the correctness and feasibility of the statement above, the original firstly review the course of development of CCB Shandong Branch, summarize the situation of CCB's share-holding system reform and the importance of the development of intermediate business. Based on diagnosis of CCB Shandong Branch's intermediate business products, business process, effects of administration and existed problem etc., I elaborate the internal and external environment and strength and weakness of CCB Shandong Branch's intermediate business in SWOT method.
