Now logistics become more noticeable in the world caused by global economy, so logistics infrastructure is built and updated tightly in these countries. In developed countries, logistics play an important role in national economy development. In China, how to develop logistics industry is studied actively, one of which is to build Logistics Park. The trend of international logistics technology is information-based, networking, intellectualized, flexible, standardized and socialized. Logistics Park will be a significant part to modernize logistics industry.Advanced logistics industry is one of the standards to judge international level of a city, which has been proved by the experiences of the cities in the world. As a component of the logistics system of a city, Logistics Park influences the transportation, economy and environment of the city, so the planning and building of which is very important. At present, Logistics Park has been built or planned in some big cities in China.To develop the logistics industry of the province, the report of Modern Logistics Development Strategy Planning of Hubei Province is made out by the item group of Wuhan University of Technology, which is committed by the Planning Development Commission of Hubei Province and is based on the wide investigation. In the report logistics development goal of the province is tabled. Main content, including demand status, strengths and weaknesses, operational model, is analyzed. Thirdly, the construction and operation model of Logistics Park in the developed countries is compared and then the model suitable for China is proposed. At the same time, the profit model of the park is given. Fourthly, in order to reflect the operation status of Logistics Park in the running period, the integrated index system is set up. At last, the instance of Henggang Logistics Park is discussed.
