Study On Constitutionalism Consciousness

In this article, the author analyses the general theory about the constitutionalism consciousness, and proposes to take measures to train and promote the constitutionalism consciousness in the view of education, culture and system so as to meet the needs of the internal political system reform and accelerate the construction , of political civilization after seriously comparing the constitutionalism consciousness in China and that in western countries. In this article, the conception of constitutionalism consciousness is defined, which states that it has those characteristics such as material attachment, relative independence* initiative, universality and nationalism etc. and points out the important value and role played by the constitutionalism consciousness in the course of constitutionalism development. Then the major differences in the constitutionalism consciousness between Chiha and the western countries are explained at some length, .which result from the different engendering mechanism and, background. The differences can mainly be found in those aspects of the constitutionalism consciousness, such as the cognition base about humanity, key idea and how to promote the constitutionalism consciousness etc. Meanwhile, it is stated in this article that we should have a correct acknowledge about our internal traditional culture, and always stick to the internal national conditions, avoiding to partially focus on the inlandish development or to partially transplant the western constitutionalism consciousness when we foster our constitutionalism consciousness. At the end, some measures are proposed, in the view of education, culture and system to protect and promote the constitutionalism consciousness of social subjects after the present inland constitutionalism consciousness is analyzed by way of two different aspects and compared with that in western countries.
