Research Of Internal Control Of Enterprise Based On Network

The internal control of enterprise based on network is the key to success or failure of management, and it is a new research field too. In the theory and on the practice, this paper have studied the problems how to establish the internal control based on network, and how to evaluate it effectively. Because the practice of network is short in our country, the relevant theory and practice is in the process of exploration. This paper is only an attempt to develop the theory and practice. The principal items of the given study can be shown as follows:First, this paper discusses the background of research , the meaning of research and the condition of domain and abroad about internal control based on network.Secondly, this paper expounds the theory framework of the internal control .The elements consisted of internal control and the new characters appearing with network are discussed in this paper.Thirdly, this paper studies the specific implement of internal control based on network. The problems about the set and implement of the key control spot of the internal control based on network are analyzed.Lastly, this paper researches the internal control index system of evaluation about the information system based on network. Further, the quantitative index system of evaluation of internal control of information system based on network is established. By the evaluation method of ambiguous and synthetic, the internal control of information system based on network can be evaluated effectively.
