On The Model Of Guizhou Karst Scenic Region Tourism Development, Management And Its Comforming To The International Standards

Guizhou, as China' s "karst province" , is abundant in tourism resources. However, judging from the developmeng in recent 20 years, the karst theme hasn' t been stressed. Karst tourism resources is characterized in locality, people can not only acquire more geography knowledge and information from its geognostic(al) time , but also appreciate its beauty from the perspective of aesthetics, the more important is that we can familiarize the region culture of people in karst region , which symbolizes the replacement and inheritance of notion and idenology of China' s minority ethnics several thousand years ago, and provides the more direct historical evidence for China' s culture study. Therefore, karst tourism resource bears science, culture and aesthetics, which is the precious treasure of human being.Being the soul of tourism, culture possesses its own independence and sustainability, and karst culture, which is peculiar and long-timed history, can protrude her adrantage. Based on the analysis of the traditional, backward developing model of tourism in Guizhou karst region. This thesis claims that this model doesn' t meet the development of tourism and the needs of social progress, it needs to innovate in tourism resource development and transfer from thedevelopment topic oriented towards natural scenic spots and minority ethnics to that oriented towards karst culture tourism resources and ecology tourism development, more importantly, to promote the original resource development model to the comprehensive model of resource-, environment and market, so as to make the sustainable development of karst tourism resources.Appropriate development of a scenic spot hinges on law guarantee and intellectual investment, so management appears especially important. This paper has analyzed the contradiction between the development model and management model in some scenic spots of Guizhou province and found out the gap through the method employed by some good scenic spots at home and abroad to solve the contradiction between them, and create a good harmonious management model by means of drawing successful lesson and its practical circumstance. On the point of seeking the conforming platform of Guizhou karst tourism management from civil to internal market, we should analyze and study notion, technology and market to try to bring them to conform to international standards as soon as possible.The future planning, scenic spot development and management are the key point of Guizhou karst region. In the new situation, we must eye it strategically to make a future planning, then we can realize this sustainable goal to provide conditions for Guizhou' s development.Meanwhile, the author thinks that only in this way, we can carry out education and management to promote the progress of tourism, local economy and culture. Through the case study of two karst spots in Guizhou province, we can see that: there exists many problems in Guizhou karst region development, management and conforming to internation, but it can leave some thought and power for those who are concerned with Guizhou' s development. At the same time the writer has proposed his own thought and pertinent advice after analyzing the two karst spots Tianhe Pond and Yelang Valley.Through careful analysis with study, the thesis draws this conclusion: The development of Guizhou karst rejoin tourism doesn' t mean standardizing the evaluation of tourism resource, the development and management, but breaks through some criterions of international standards based-on its own advantage of resource and the external condition, at the same time, creates its own characteristic model of conforming to the internationals according to the situation in Guizhou. This mode has the own specialty and agility, mainly symboling the culture levels and the development of resource, and meanwhile provides direct value of the development of Guizhou karst regions in the future.
