Probe Into The Location And Land Amount Of Industrial Parks: A Case Study Of Industrial Parks In Hangzhou

Nowadays,it's common that too many idustrial parks are being built and their land amount are too much in many cities of China.The phenomenon is harmful to the sustainable development of china and the governments have paid more and more attentions on it. So it is necessary to build up a theory system for the location of industrial parks and some models for doping out their land amount.Firstly,the paper lists some theories that are connecting with the location of industrial parks such as industrial location theory,central place theory and so on.After analysing a process of economic development of one zone the paper makes an opinion that a industrial park,idustial park system,and regional economy are associated.Based on the theory system,the location of idustrial parks in Hangzhou are studied on.The idea of strategic layout planning and the scenario of site selection of industrial parks in Hangzhou are put forward.Then the paper uses the EIP(i.e.environmental industrial park) theory and NID(i.e.new idustrial district) theory to rethink the location of industrial parks in Hangzhou.Secondly,after the adjustment of the location of idustrial parks in Hangzhou,such softwares as SPSS and DPS are used to doping out their land amount.In the end,the paper pays attention on the working-on system of the industrial parks in Hangzhou.
