In our country, a basically specialized port system has been formed. The capital of port construction depends on the finance investment and enterprise. Which has promoted the port and economy development. But there is still a great lack of port construction capital. At the same time, the government makes a reform on port policy including the great change in port investment and finance. Port has to finance itself, so the financing and investment problem is becoming more and more important. This thesis is to make analysis of the problem.The government has cancelled the limit of port investment and the economic situation of our country is all right, which attract more and more capital investing in port construction. So the port enterprise will be faced with port investment and finance problem and it is very important to port development. The thesis constructs a model of port finance and investment using system dynamics model. To validate the model, the thesis designs two finance plans of the north container port of Tianjin. Though calculation, the thesis chooses the best finance and investment plan.
