The Research On The Construction Of Free Port Zone In Dalian Dayao Wan

After the entrance of WTO, our bonded zone faces the problems of transformation. However, the increasing number of our container development and imperfect container point port, requests that the international point ports set up more big non-tax zone, and convert into free port zone. It would bring more new chances for Dalian non-tax zone and Dalian port.This paper put up the conceive that free port zone is set up in Dalian Dayaowan. At first, the paper analyzes the situations of free port zone in our country and in the' abroad, the inevitability, urgency and advantage in the construction of Free port zone in Dalian. Secondly, it forecasts the number of container, coal, ore, oil and grain in Dalian port and make a conclusion that it is feasible to set up free port zone. Thirdly, it plans the free port zone and its characters, management mode and function. Finally, it gives some special advice to the constriction steps and the needed policy in the building of Dalian free port zone.The paper proposes a basic planning and idea for the building of Dalian free port zone, and makes a theory base for putting it.
