In the knowledge economy and information age, the internal control of after-sale service is one of the most important parts of the modem operation management in the enterprise. It is the internal control of after-sale service that offers the support for high quality after-sale service to consumer. After-sale service becomes the important means for the enterprise to win market, to create image, to establish prestige, to promote the power of market competition.After more than 20 years of the reform and open to the world, JC Company has developed from an unknown small company to a well-known household appliances enterprise in China today. Its successes benefits from the high quality after-sale service offered to its consumers and the consumer's trust to JC products. Its successes heavy rely on the internal control of the perfect after-sale service.This paper based on the achievement of the domestic and international researches of internal control theory, combining the investigation on the spot to JC's management of after-sale service, designs to under the new domestic situation study how to set up and perfect the control system of the after-sale service.Chapter one introduces the development in general of internal theories, explains the necessity and the importance of after-sale service, states role of the internal control theory in the management and application of after-sale service.Chapter two introduces JC's internal control of after-sale service, especially with the mode of after-sale service of JC company.Chapter three studies the framework of internal control of after-sale service with JC's framework as example, explains the framework principle, evaluation principle and the goal of after-sale service.In Chapter four, the author pondering on how to perfect the internal control of after-sale service, and proposes that under the industrialization form of after-sale service, constructing the framework is a new subject for managers to pay close attention to.
