In this vigorous and booming era of knowledge-driven economy and information technology, the organization change has already become one great sign of development in contemporary enterprise .A series of changing in the organization change, such as institutional framework form, organization business processing system reestablishment, and the modern information systems flowing into organization system, not only bring unprecedented change to enterprise, but also bring great change to staff relation management .On the contrary the later also promotes the development and change of the former. Only the two cooperate and coordinate with each other, could they mutually make the enterprise meet the tendency of modernized development and bring the great opportunity to enterprise.This text sets about from the organization change trend in information age and era of knowledge-driven economy, it analyses the mode and characteristics of organization change and further finds out the tactics and mode of staff relation management in organization change environments so that it can reach the purpose of improving the enterprise performance and promoting its development.This thesis divides into five parts altogether: the part of the foreword briefly introduces the proposition of the question of the thesis, research background, research purpose and meaning.The first part sums up the staff relation management based on organization change .It simply introduces some relevant concepts, basic contents and general principles about staff relations, staff relation management and organization change, and explains the impact and influence of organization change to staff relation management at the same time. The enterprise organization is an open system that constantly takes place function with its exterior environment and, changeable environments, tierce market competition, and inherent demands of development in enterprise organization all convert into huge pressure to enterprise, meanwhile actively impels the enterprise to carry on more extensive organization change in which the most key is still the human factor. Staff in organization not only smoothly drives organization change to go on but also hinder from or destroy the effects of organization change, therefore the staff relation management is a important subject in organization change. Different organization change mode, different forms after organization change, and new developing trend in organization change have caused varying influence on staff relation3management.The second part analyzes current situations of staff relation management based on organization change in our country. Firstly it analyzes the current situations of the organizational change and staff relation management in the enterprises, because of the impact of globalization, information and fierce market competition, most enterprises of our country are carrying on the organization change of certain degree, but they do not have enough understanding to the importance of staff relation management among them, so the results of organization change seem to be ineffective. Secondly, it introduces the operating state of staff relation management in our country, including some successful and failing cases, and fully embodies the important value of staff relation management in organization change.The third part probes into the choice of the way of staff relation management .It includes the comparison of staff relation management modes in U.S.A and Japan enterprises, analyzing the influence of different enterprises cultures and values to organization change mode and staff relation management, and further it makes the choice of the way of staff relation management for the enterprises in our country.The fourth part in which it brings forward the measures and countermeasures from angles of labor relation management, communication management, culture management and staff stimulation in staff relation management according to the present state of enterprise in our country.In a word, in order to adapt to market environment o...
