| Comintern was build up by the leaders of Soviet Union, many leaders of Comintern were Soviet Union persons, the policies about the world revolution was affected by the national profit of Soviet Union ,when the world revolution profit and the national profit conflicted , the world profit revolution conceded.There were two reasons to push Comintern to help the Great Revolution of China in the 1920s.One was the belief of the communism, that is to say: the ideal of the communism would be realized all over the world fanally which accorded with the long-range profit of Soviet Union,during that time, the aim of helping the Chinese was to let Chinese Communist succeed in its revolutionary cause and founding a socialist country in China ,so the profit of the Chinese Communist was a part of that of the world revolution .It was believed that Comintern would splash zealous attention over the place where communism began to grow .The other reason was the national profit of Soviet Union.Because Soviet Union was the first socialist country ,it had the secure survival problems and development problems. Soviet Union was in an international background of constant changes, it had its requirements of different levels.The two reasons are main powers to affect the policies that Comintern adopted to China.As time went , The national profit of Soviet Union veiled the profit of the world revolution,the policies adopted because of national profit were higher than the policies adopted because of the profit of the world revolution,the former ones had a more important station.Because of the united attack of the imperialistic countries, the undried blood of the Soviet Union people scared Soviet Union.At first, Soviet Union hoped that the fire of the world revolution would burn up Capitalism in order to insure the security of its survival, and at the same time to let the flowers of its ideal bloom all over the world, But European revolution calmed down, it didn't develop into a big world fire, but the revolutionary fires of the oriental colonial countries began to grow,the fires attracted the eyes of Soviet Union. The united attack of the imperialistic countries didn't succeed, because of the mutual requirment of the economy, Soviet Union signed many treaties with some imperialistic countries, It was the handshaking of the the economy of the two sides that let the two sides exist in temporary stabilization. With the international surroundings varing from turbulence to placidity, with the world revolution varing from being fury to being calm,the policies adopted by Comintern to the world revolution varied from idealism to realism.After Soviet Union got a serious wound,it needed recovering in order to become stronger, so development was paramount . Soviet Union wanted to avoid direct armed conflicts because wars can always turn wealth into bubbles. Soviet Union had to guard against the threat from the imperialistic countries, the oriental stratagem was an available periphery,supporting the revolution of the oriental colonial countries Soviet Union can indirectly withstand of the oriental reactionary powers supported by some imperialistic countries which was a means to pull the back legs of the imperialistic countries,furthermore, Soviet Union wanted to get the profit which was left behind by his old state.In China, Guo-Gong cooperation was put into the frame of the oriental stratagem because of the common profit among Kuomintang, Chinese Communist and Soviet Union which shared the same anti-imperialism task. The three sides are independent profit entities. Chinese Communist and Soviet Union shared the same ideology, the same short-range profit, the same long-range profit, their profit can be shared at present and in the future.
