A Study On The Situation And Countermeasure Of Water Transportation In China

The course of world economy globalization have speed up since 21 century. Nothing can stop the current of world economy globalization . Accompany with China join WTO, It's government has took a positive economy policy. China's economy develop last in high speed that provide a good chance for it's water transportation enterprises. In the other hand, because China is still in a course change from plan economy to socialistic market economy that leaves a challenge to theses enterprises.This dissertation try to study on the actualities of water transportation enterprise in China, especially on the actualities of fare and cargo transportation. Find the problems in the fare and cargo transportation in water transportation enterprises. Propose new Countermeasure to resolve these problems, research on the new ideas that are suit to the economical actualities in world and China about fare and cargo transportation in water transportation in China now.This dissertation is composed of two parts.The first part reviews the social economy actuality ,analyzing the current of economy development, Elaborate the opportunities and challenges that water transportation enterprises are confronted with. Propose how these enterprises rise their Struggle ability. Emphasizes renovate ideas and adjust machine-made are very important to them. Analyse navigation frame, market handle, harbor system, new art use, statistic of transportation amount and find what influence it.The second part begin from goal of traffic and developing measures. Propose new Countermeasure about change of enterprise system, adjust of enterprise frame, organize way of enterprise, renovate of management art, how to suit to socialism market economy, propose quality of training, pay attention to enterprise figure etc.
