Competition gradually become severe along with the market and the customer more and more hope to get to the product with high quality that make up a person's character, at the same time the price is rather cheap. Then that product not only contain Mass Production mode to get rather low cost and high-efficiency but also satisfy the customer's diversity character. In that case, American scholars B. Joseph Pine II systemically brought forward a new production mode Mass Customization in 1990. A. Toftler who is the American famous futurologist firstly brought forward the Mass Customization concept in the Future Shock in 1970, which he said that Mass Production would be substituted by new production mode called "none-large scale". His opinion got many business enterprise executives and scholar's concern. The researches based on Mass Customization have been conducted quite many, such product development, logistics, marketing, and production scheduling. But the research on quality based on Mass Customization is still vacancy. To integrate quality tool with Mass Customization is the key point of the researching on this paper.Firstly, this paper introduced the characteristic of Mass Customization and the evolution of production mode, and then summarized the development and characteristic of quality management. According to the characteristics of Mass Customization operating and connecting with total quality management thoughts, the paper analyzed the characteristic of Mass Customization quality management. From the view of quality management that the shift from Mass Production to Mass Customization is because that Mass Production cannot meet the customer's quality expectation of product or service. Individually developed the research from customer satisfaction, design quality and process quality. Introduced customer satisfaction concept and model, and the process of how to conduct customer satisfaction survey, and customer satisfaction research methods. Then gave out improve strategy of customer satisfaction. Brought forward the operation thoughts for mass customization enterprises that take quality competency as the core competency. Analyzed the main methods of design for mass customization. And integrated Taguchi Method of robust design with the product development process of Mass Customization, that guarantee the product quality at design source. Also introduced two kinds of quality tool for product development design, which are Quality Function Deployment and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis. Expatiated the main characteristics of quality control under Mass Customization, introduced 8 kinds of quality tools of statistical quality management and how to use.
