With the development of economy and science in the world, it is necessary for companies to form a model of product following Supply Chain with each other in the environment of globe economic integration. The Supplies Selection is the core content in Supply Chain Management. There is a most important strategic significance in improving the relevant companies' productiveness and abilities of competition by scientific and reasonable Supplies Selection. This is not only the demand of companies' development and survival put forward by the form of world' union market and the market' keen competition with the change of economic environments, but also the necessary selection for the change of production model from multi-assortment to mass customization.This paper is based on Supplies Selection, the core consent of SCM. This paper is also based on the analysis of relevant articles from home and abroad. It makes a deep analysis on the characters of the process of Supplies Selection in SCM in the environment of the different Supply-demand conditions and the different environments of market operation. This 'paper applies, draws lessons from and develops modern computing methods and optimization methods, put forwards several innovation theories and methods about these aspects in the process of Supplies Selection.The main consent of this paper contains three components. These three components have researched the following aspects, i.e. the application of Soft Computing method in Suppliers Selection Multi-round Game, a method of Decomposing Algorithm in Multistage-Suppliers Selection for Multi-assortment Supply and the research of Supplies Selection based on Evaluation Index Fuzzy C Mean Value Assembling.These three core aspects are all the innovations of the article. The same contests of them are the applications of Soft-computing &other computing methods in Supplies Selection. But, the distinct of them is their different angles on different fields and the different application environments.In order to make a reasonable result and to prove that the process of solving is available, the article has made several relevant instances on the different parts.There are not only most important theoretical significances but also practical significances in this article. The theoretical significances of the article are that its new ideas are a development to the field & thought of relevant modern computing methods, and the practical significances are that it can put forward a new method of solving and analysis on the process of Supplies Selection in SCM in practice.
