Analysis On The Role Of Legal Counsel In Chinese Enterprises

Retrieving the history of enterprise legal counsel, analyzing its theoretical role in Chinese enterprises, exact operation and certain issues incompatible with the enterprises, the thesis highlights and elucidates the actual status, function and development trend thereof so as to actually specify the appropriate position of legal council and bring it into full play in promoting enterprises to progress smoothly and healthily.In the market economic condition, the legal advisers play more and more important role in the enterprise, and their duty become more and more miscellaneous. In china, as newborn things, the position of the legal advisers is still low. From the objective reality, it mostly because our country and our society have not enough knowledge on the legal advisers; some laws, regulations and policy can not be carried out, so the legal advisers don't play their right role in the enterprise. Alone with the growth of the legal advisers, how to change the phenomenon and how to promote the development of the enterprises and their regal advisers is not only the responsibility of the legal advisers, but also the urgent research job of the enterprise society. This article analyses the reason of dislocation of the legal advisers. Anal it tells my idea on how to readjust this kind of phenomena. My purpose is making the team of the legal advisers larger and larger, let them give good service to the enterprise and promote the economy of our country.
