The Research To The Conducting Mechanism Of Monetary Policy Under The Open Economy

In the 21th century, the human society enters the age of knowledge economy. The globe economic integrity, the computer network and the financial computerizing demand us to study finance and financial theory from the viewpoint of history with wider vision and higher height of strategy. The conducting mechanism of monetary policy, whether it is perfect efficient or not, will directly affect the effects of monetary policy, even the future of China. Under the condition of China's entry into WTO, reformation and open policy as well as the integration of China's economy, it has a great significant to China's reformation and economy to study the rules on the conducting mechanism of monetary policy under the condition of opening economy.Based on the basic theories of conducting mechanism monetary policies, the thesis analyzed the current problems in China's and some new problems we may meet with under the opening economy. Some suggestions suitable for the open economy were put forward .By these, we made the conclusion that: the practice of our current monetary policy is successful. The choice of its missions and intermediary index are right as well. At last, the thesis points out that the stress improvement of monetary policy's efficiency should pay more attention to the financial coordination.
