With the development of produce and trade and the complex of economic relationship, all kinds of insurance industries instantly come in and develop; on the other hand, the progress of our society and the prosperous of our economy are closely connected with the development of the insurance industry.In the early 19th century, the modern insurance enterprises of the west came into China. In the 1860s and 1870s, when foreign insurance companies were springing up, to "share profits with foreign traders", Chinese traders"insurance firms"were in the making. And 10 years later, in orden to support our national industry and to persuit profits, national insurance industry of China came in, which was very significant. But unfortunately, national insurance industry was too small and weak to support national economy very well.
