The competition of the mobile market has become increasingly fierce and the distribution channels are characteristiced by the scale market and chainrect shops .The present sales mode of the domestic mobiles has broken through the monopoly of fund and flow of materials by the national agency, and has formed a distribution mode of direct supply, which can avoid the middle links, raise the effect and save cost. Thus definitely making it possible for the customers to enjoy cheap price and good quality. Meanwhile,manufacturers can not only reduce their sales cost but also gain the feedback from the consumers in order to keep pace with the changes of the marketOn the contrary,the foreign brand Panasonic mobile still practises a multi-level distribution which focuses on the general agency.This kind of distributive mode can not guarantee the interests of the distributors but increase the difficulties of the price-controlling,sales channel protection and the management of the supplier-customer relationship.So the traditional distribution mode of Panasonic mobile must be reformed.This article first introduces the background of the domestic mobile trade,analyzes the characteristic of the development of the distribution channel in China, and comes up with the tendency of the development of the distribution channels of Panasonic mobile. Secondly,it carefully analyzes the distribution channels of Panasonic mobile in the market of Sichuan Province,and points out the problems existing in the distribution channels.At last,following the new tendency ofthe develepment of the distribution channels,consentrates on the problems of the distribution channels of Panasonic mobile,it suggests it's adjustment measures.Based on personal work experience at the Chengdu YX Electronic Corp. a provincial agency, I have collected and organized a lot of data and information.by using the marketing theory I have learned and with the help of personals within the same trade, I have completed this article. In this article, I have introduced the distribution mode of direct supply to the distribution mode of Panasonic mobile,which I believe will contribute to the promotion of the competitive force of Panasonic mobile in the market.
