Since the theory of core competence does not completely agree with the reality of China and some domestic study results to this theory do not have practical significance in the operation of the enterprises, at the moment it is urgently necessary that we study the theory for the practical use for Chinese enterprises so as to guide their practices.Based on the above-mentioned intention, according to the theory of core competence and the value-chain analysis model of Michael E. Porter, as well as by adopting the deductive method, this thesis brings forward the idea of core capability in the light of the reality of Chinese enterprises, which is suitable to the situation of China and builds up the value-chain model of core capability. By doing so is to make people get more systematic and particular understanding about the theory and to facilitate the application of this theory in the practice.This thesis concretely probes into the subjects about the basis, the principles and the steps, that Chinese enterprises foster the core capability. In the practice, Chinese enterprises can use the value-chain model of core capability to analyze the details of their own value-chain and find the links with their relevant advantages on the value-chain, then the enterprises can make the full utilization of all their resources to bring up these links, and make them into their own core capabilities so as to gain the competitive superiority. |
