Non-Governmental Sci-Tech Enterprises' Financing And Venture Investment

From the beginning of the Reform and Opening, Chinese non-governmental Sci-Tech enterprises have developed very quickly. But their difficulty in financing is still prominence. As a way of financing, venture investment must choose a suitable pattern to accelerate the non-governmental Sci-Tech enterprises.Starting from the definition of non-governmental Sci-Tech enterprises, This paper analyses the actuality of it. Then we study it's financing sequence and find venture capital is a very important measure of non-governmental Sci-Tech enterprises financing.Next, we compare three different developing patterns of venture investment and establish a model about US venture investment by using time series analysis. Then we try to choose a proper pattern for some regionsFinally, This paper particularly points the contradiction between Chinese capital market and venture investment. Through the comparison of foreign OTC markets, we indicates how to establish a Chinese OTC market and draw a conclusion that our country must develop an OTC market to make venture capital quit effectively.
