All the practice is worthy to use for reference.Besides, this thesis advanced four thoughts to disposing the bad loan based on using for reference of other countries' legal system. That is : Set up bank's self credit legal prevention system, healthy the social credit legal system, perfecting the relative legislation, protect the bank's dept right, remade the judicatory flow. The whole thesis means to give some legal advice on disposing the bad loan and make some suggestion on perfecting the bank's dept right by relative law.
