Disquisition About Development Of Industrial Agriculture In Heilongjiang Province

China's WTO entry indicates the new phase of reformation and opening in our country. At the same time, it brings many new opportunities and challenges to agriculture and rural economics. How can we enhance the ability of our agriculture in international competition when China enters WTO? The practice proved that development of industrial agriculture is necessary demand to accelerate development of agriculture and rural economics, and necessary demand to enhance agriculture international competition.This disquisition has studied on developmental problems of Industrial Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province after China enters WTO under the guidance of the correlative theories such as Industrialization Theory, Theory of International Trade, Industrial Economics and Theory of Institution Economics. First of all, the connotation of Industrial Agriculture has been concluded strictly by using induction method. At the same time, systemic analysis has been done on the types of Industrial Agriculture, evaluated criterion system and the significance of boosting Industrial Agriculture. In the next place, this research include introduction of the promise on agriculture protocol when China negotiate with other countries to enter WTO, then analysis new opportunities and challenges of Industrial Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province after China enters WTO in allusion to change of agriculture environment.
