Research On The Optimal Policy Of Transport Organization Of HuaZhong Logistics Enterprise

Logistics system is very important for the society economics. It is no way realizing the value and using value of commodity if without circulation. Just for the society logistics gross cost consists a high specific weight and about one third logistics gross cost is transport cost, the performance of transport organization is the directly effecting factors of the efficiency and economics benefits of logistics activities.With the booming development of delivery, it promotes the conversion and development of commerce, and the progress of circulation technology. There is a long distance in our country compared with developed country, the problem of transportation as follows: idea lagging, low modernization of transportation organization, poor economic effect and the shortage of human resource. The HuaZhong logistic enterprise as a TPL service provider converted form a transport enterprise has its own advantageous factor such as professional transport caravan, wide scope of merchant network and stable customers. However, the company is short of scientific running ways as a logistic firm that can provide high quality service. The shortage is as follows: The information level of enterprise is very low, the job flow is irrationality and transport organization is unscientific. Secondly, it deals with the function factors of logistic delivery, the features of logistic delivery and the main ways of logistic delivery. And it also analyzes rationalization standard, implementation ways and job flow of logistic delivery. Thirdly, this paper has a research on some optimization algorithm, such as: General VSP Model, VSP Model With Time Window, C-W Saving Heuristic Algorithm, General GA, GA With Soft And Hard Time Window and Full Load Vehicle Algorithm Model.This paper proposes some improving policy to make a optimization of HuaZhong logistic enterprise transportation organization. It puts forward thegoals of system optimization, makes a system analysis and finishes the program coding. It realizes a MIS for HuaZhong logistic enterprise to manage basic business order information, driver information and vehicle information base on standard DB management system. Finally it also gives some advices for the training system, and it can be adopted to train the personnel of HuaZhong logistics enterprise to make them meet up with the need of correlative job.
