Research On Franchising Of BDJQ Psychology Consulting Co.,Ltd

As an advanced commercial operation and organization system, Franchise operation firstly appeared in retailing business, then gradually penetrated to food, beverage and other business. And finally franchise operation became an important operation and organization system in circulating field in western developed countries.In China, the franchise operation was initially adapted at 1990s. Due to great support of the government and active developing of enterprises, the operation form becomes the most successful operation method in Chinese commercial field. While it's a brand-new thing in psychology consulting business now.Compared with developed countries, Chinese psychology consulting business falls behind at operation scale, standardization degree and information system construction. During the author's research, no systematic and comprehensive comparison study between Chinese and foreign psychology consulting business was found.Combining Chinese current psychology consulting situation, the author made deep research on the developing trend, matching business and developing level of franchise operation, then pointed out the problem of Chinese psychology consulting business. At last, the author put forward some developing suggestion based on the current Chinese psychology consulting situation.The author selected Beijing University Jinqiu Psychology Consulting Co., Ltd as researching object, combining related theories and practice, found the adaptability of BUJQPC for adopting operation method of the franchise operation, and determined the BUJQPC's mode-- the franchise operation and the regional franchise operationAt the same time, this paper also summarizes some problem which should be paid attention to in practice. The author hopes this study could provide some reference to Chinese psychology consulting business development.
