Study On Comparison Project Finance Patterns And Application ABS Pattern

As other developing country does, China also confronts many problems in the field of infrastructure construction such as heavy fiscal burden, short fund sources, single investment body and low investment efficiency. The successful solutions of all those problems will surely speeder the development of infrastructure construction in China. Project finance, which generated from the 1970's, is applicable to large-scale infrastructure construction. Project finance emerged quickly from the international capital market. So, making a studying on its application in China has very important practical significance.In the course of the discussion which project finance patterns is studying, the author used some gains of others and seniors for reference, also puts forward own self some new views in this thesis. First, from basis principle of project finance, with a comparative analysis of six typical project finance a pattern, considering the optimum pattern is ABS pattern. Second, by means of analysis of present situation to infrastructure construction in China and innovation analyzing of ABS pattern, expounding and proving the feasibility to carry out ABS pattern in China and designing how to practical carry out ABS pattern of infrastructure construction in China. Last, from the ABS case of Zhuihai highway, analyzing restrain condition about applying ABS patternand giving some suggestions on the issue of infrastructure construction financing under the present system and terms of China.Under the marketing economy, the thesis provides with a new train of thought of stepping onto the international economy stage and also offers the reference for our enterprises to study and research project finance in time, to set up good foundation of internationalizing of marketing finance.
