Author think that the vocationalizing of judge needs the specialization of judges, specialization is initial needs of judge stuff. The third, the author discussed the quality index of professional judge. Reviewing the judge quality of advanced country, the author think judges should be provided with good political and operation quality, on the addition, the judge should possess the professional morality. In the end, the author probe into the system guarantee of professional judge, he think the selection, education, exemination, praise, chastening system be set up to guarantee the judge to function in justice practice.The key point of author is the right way of justice construction in our country is vocationalizing, not the popular judge reform.
