The most important thing was to break with the destruction to democratic centralism and to return what it should be and at the same time to enlarge democracy suitably, in order to suit the needs of system transformations and bringing every positive factor into play. The main problem of democratic systems was to abolish the lifelong leadership and to strengthen the election system and the party system so as to realize the benign interaction among political power.
