| Traditional industrialization has ever created enormous material wealth and enhanced people's welfare greatly, but this model of development only take the increasing economics as its aims, which made the resource utilized unreasonably and more wastes let off during the course of production and consumption. The problem of industrial pollution had been becoming increasingly serious. Ecology give us inspiration that industrial activity should learn from natural system, imitate the model of natural material recycling, make by-product of one produces process as the raw material of another process, thus set up a new industrial system, in which, wastes can be recycled in the different production process, many product accrete one another, that is to say, eco-industry. Eco-industrial parks (EIP) is the important shape of eco-industry, and industrial symbiosis is an important character of eco-industrial system. So, it is important to study industrial symbiosis between enterprises in the EIP.In the paper, the development condition and character of EIP was summarized firstly, then, based on the case of Tianguan Group in Henan, the structure of industrial ecological chains, the model of industrial symbiosis, the benefits of industrial symbiosis and the mechanism of industrial symbiosis in this eco-industrial system was analyzed in this paper. The study showed the eco-industrial system of Tianguan Group is a model of compound symbiosis, it is an industrial symbiosis model of core surrounded in the system and the alcohol factory is the center. There are six symbiosis relationship in the symbiosis network. Two of those are symbiosis of partial benefit, the others are mutual, all the relationship have positive effects on the environment and produce good symbiosis benefits. The motivation of enterprise participation in industrial symbiosis is saving cost and gaining the most profits.
