Study On Petroleum Operation Goal Cost And Monitor And Prediction System In Huabei Oilfield

With the reforming of stock system of Chinese petroleum enterprises and the approaching of domestic oil price and international oil price, production operations of petroleum enterprises and development of international oil economy have become uniform. Therefore, How to improve the production managerial level of the petroleum enterprise, reduce the production cost of oil gas, increase the economic benefits of the enterprises and strengthen the competitiveness of our country's petroleum enterprises in the international petroleum market effectively has already become a very urgent problem.This thesis's aim is through analysis the current situation of oil and gas operation management cost and existing problems in Huabei oilfield, from the factors which are most relevant with the cost of oil and gas operation, using modern management science methods, try to set up a system fitting with the current situation of Huabei oilfield, by which,people can determine the goal cost of oil and gas operation of Huabei oilfield, monitored scientifically and predictive in time, and reach the aim of lowering costs, increasing the benefit and realizing sustainable development of the enterprises. This paper is basically divided into five chapters.In chapter one,the current situation of management and existing problem are analyzed,and the contents of this paper are also reasonably determined. In chapter two, using regression analysis, it finds out the most relevant factors which influence the oil and gas operation cost of Huabei oilfield. In chapter three, combined with the characters of oil and gas operation cost, the study method of oil and gas opteration goal cost are determined based on the DEA method and Grey Markovian prediction model. In chapter four, determine oil and gas operation cost monitor and predictive index system of Huabei oilfield and establish monitor and predictive system.In chapter five,Combinig the reality of Huabei oilfield,the monitor and prediction system of oil and gas operation cost is used.This gives strong support for the feasibility of the study in this paper.
