Research On Assets Restructure Operation Model For China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau

With the developing of domestic economy and economy marketing, many kinds of national corporations is facing the problem of relocation and restructuring. At present, large corporations, such as petroleum, petrifaction, aviation, automobile estate and so on, have finished restructuring. Some other large corporations, such as mechanic and building material estate, are carrying on the merger and acquisitions. A party of corporations conglomerate with justified structure and large scope are growing up.CPPLB is the big-size state-owned enterprise. It is important in the nation economy. As the main surviving part after the reform of transportation industry, the pipeline bureau is facing the huge challenge and problem: the scope and domain is excessively extensive, it loaded hyper social burden, turnover of assets is very difficult, assets combination is not rational and so on. In order to amplify enterprise competitiveness, the pipeline bureau must carry on all kinds of enterprises restructureFirstly, this thesis investigates the history and actuality of the pipeline bureau entity asset, explains the causes of formation, and analyses the problems on object situation of the pipeline bureau entity asset. Secondly, constitutes the synthesis appraising indexes system of the enterprise, analysis the asset quality of different bureau enterprise on value situation by adopting rational financial indexes. Third, designs and constitutes operation models of the pipeline bureau asset restructure, and also puts forward the concrete approaches to adjust each assets part. This is the major content of this paper. At last, through the above analysis method and model, discusses this paper's usage to other large corporations conglomerate, and also point out the research prospect of this paper.
