Study On The Problem Of The County Economy Of The Depressed Area In Inner Mongolia-By The Example Of Alukeerqin Banner

By way of the basic unit of Chinese economy, the county economy is the key sector among national economic structure. Accelerating the county economy, especially the development of the depressed area, is very important to both national stabilization and economic prosperity. To analyze characters and questions of the depressed area's economic development, this thesis selected an example of Inner Mongolia—Alukeerqin Banner. The author explored the vital reasons, which prevent this Banner's economic development, for example the shortage of capital, the low level of the laborer's quality, the lag in mode of production and management, the poor ecological condition and the unreasonable of industrial structure. Based on these restricted facts, the author put forward some proposal, such as optimize the county economic environment, cultivate innovational spirit, improve the participation of science and technology, make rational use of resources, adjust the structure of industry, establish a new ecological system.
