Study On International Trade Dispute Settlement Mechanism Over Agricultural Products

Agricultural products as elementary necessity are significant in promoting economic development and society stability, and play an important role in goods trade. China as a big country of agriculture, increasing trade problems over agricultural products has been emerging after its entry into the WTO. On the basis of collecting large numbers of related cases over agricultural products and relevant materials, we get a series of interrelated materials, research data and replied strategy that will be helpful in helping involved departments comprehending WTO related agreements and utilize WTO dispute settlement mechanism through analyzing related agreements, the procedure of dispute settlement, and some pivotal problems.
