But people obtain resources from the environment inconstantly increasing in order to seek economic growth. Because the utilizing technology of resources are not scientific and lack the effective mechanism of management at the same time, so it is very serious to make resources waste. What the waste of this kind of resource caused directly is the constant deterioration of ecological environment, and then influence the development of economy, the final result is to threaten human sustainable development.
