The Study Of Credit Risk Management For Commercial Banks

Credit risk is the predominant one of all the risks commercial banks face in china. At present, our level of credit risk management of commercial banks is relatively low; traditional credit risk management lacks sense of initiative and systematic planning; all of these result in the low quality of the credit property of our commercial banks and greatly decrease the benefits of the banks.The paper intends to systemize the credit risk management of commercial banks, to set up a sense of system in the whole credit risk management, to study, in the frame of system-control theory, the application of the system-control theory (forward control assistant with feedback control) in the risk credit management of commercial banks and to discuss the ways to resolve the problems of credit risk management inside the system of commercial banks. Surrounding the system theory combined with forward and feedback control, the paper intends to study the customer evaluation, classification of loan risks, management progress after loan and information analysis methods in commercial banks, to study the effective way to identify, prevent and eliminate risks and to establish systematic and scientific credit risk management system in commercial banks, through the establishment of three control subsystems of credit risks before, while and after the risks happen. Thus, the goals of controlling the credit risk ad improving the quality of credit property of commercial banks are to be achieved. By analysis of real cases the paper has realized the integration of theory and practice, examined the operability of study methods and the effect of credit risk management.
